RSVP’s – Where do I need to go?

There has been some confusion about where to go to RSVP to our events.  A lot of us use Facebook to get our information about club event and some assume that is where they can let their wishes be known. However, those response opportunities available through fb are exactly that, they are Facebook initiated and they do not link to our site or event hosts.  We have several very active members who host events that are not on Facebook and have no desire to join it. So this is not a good place to leave responses for events. In order for your RSVP to be properly seen & acknowledged by the our event hosts, it must be done through the proper channels. Those being, first and foremost our event calendar and second through our club e-blasts. Also, if you have specific questions about an event, it’s always best to contact the event host directly, again not everyone is on Facebook and your question may not be seen by the appropriate person. Our event hosts do a lot of work putting these events together, so let’s make it a little easier for them to keep track of the details.  Thank You
