2016 Deegan Award Winners are…

Dan & Renee Sliwinski!!

Dan & Renee came into the club in 2008, and have been involved in many of the events and functions put on by the club. In recent years, Renee has become involved with the website and bi-monthly e-blasts.  This year the website took 3rd place in the national PCA competition.  At the Annual Dinner this year, a brand new website was unveiled.  Dan took over responsibilities for the NRPCA’s official newsletter, Flatout and has worked tirelessly to incorporate some new technology into it.  With the new website up and running, he’s hoping to make even more improvements.

The Deegan was originated in 1999 as a way of recognizing outstanding volunteers to the Niagara Region Porsche Club of America. The trophy is made from old Porsche valves and fashioned to look like a figure in a driving position including a steering wheel.  The first year’s recipient went to Dan Deegan.
