Join us for the 18th Annual CLASH AT THE GLEN June 1, 2 & 3, 2018.
Hosted by the Regions of Zone 1 at Watkins Glen International Raceway in Watkins Glen, NY
Established in 2001 as part of the Porsche Club of America Club Racing Program, “The Clash at the Glen” is an event you must attend, either as a racer or as a volunteer. Held at the historic Watkins Glen Race Track, nestled in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, this track is one that cannot be missed. There will be almost 300 racing Porsches!! This is one of the biggest Porsche racing events in the country. The three day event is free for club members (bring your club membership card to get in the gate) and is great chance to get see Porsche racing up close with open access to the paddock and pits. And another great reason to go: there are 10 or so racers from the Niagara Region who will be racing at the three day event. Let’s support our region!!
Held in late May/early June, this event is one where racers must register early. Being such a historic track and one of the best drives in the country, race classes fill up quickly. Not only can this race accomodate up to 300 racers, the volunteer effort over 50 volunteers from various Regions throughout the Zone is an effort second to none. In order to make this event a success every year we rely on the volunteers to make it happen. Without their effort this race would not be possible. We look forward to seeing you at The Clash this year!
Early registration and hotel reservations are recommended.
Visit the Zone 1 website for event details.
There is no better way to help support Zone 1, than by volunteering for this year’s Clash at the Glen Club Race. Held at one of the best and most historic racetracks in the country, the Clash brings together club members for 3 days of fun and exciting racing, which you can be a part of. Volunteers are what enable us to put on one of the best club races in PCA. We encourage you, your family and friends to register as volunteers for this year’s Zone 1 Clash at the Glen Club Race.
