The Niagara Region PCA annual planning meeting will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Terry Hills, 5122 Clinton Street Rd. (Rt. 33), Batavia. This meeting is open to all members, and provides us the opportunity to plan our year’s activities and events.

If you have an event/s that you already know you would like on the calendar, please submit an Event Request form so we can start processing them now. Also, if you have an event that is later in the year, and you are requesting a subsidy, please submit that request prior to February as that is when we determine our budget for the year.

So come join us for a bite to eat and discussion of activities for the upcoming driving season. It’s not too late to bring your ideas to the table, new ideas are always welcome.

Arrive 12:30pm, lunch served at 1:00pm, meeting starts 1:30pm. Cost for lunch is $5 per person (payable at the door) and includes soups, sandwiches, salad, dessert, and coffee/tea/soda. A cash bar is available. No RSVP necessary.
